Yip Asian Bar Restaurant - Groningen

Cozy atmosphere, quite good food, and professional service. It's definitely one of the few good sushi restaurants in Groningen. The Sashimi, together with the Ebi tempura, are nothing special and too expensive compared to their level. Instead, the gyoza with its sauce were amazing, and they really tasted homemade (I would go back just for them). All the sushi rolls were also very tasty. The one with the fried rice and the spicy tuna tartarre were our favorite, a special bite. Delicious both the desserts we tried. Overall, I would absolutely suggest it, It was a lovely experience.

Based on the reviews we expected great food. However, most of the food was greasy and not worth the price; luckily due to the shared dining concept we could leave early. Service was fine. Would not recommend.

Lovely dinner with a cosy seating inside the restaurant. Drinks and the food itself were all of excellent quality and quantity. The staff is very friendly and gave off an energetic feel. Service was quick. We enjoyed ourselves very much.
