Very qualitative dishes and great selection! Especially pizza and pasta very tasty. Fast delivery with super nice drivers. Always happy!

Ordered online at Bella Ciao. No delivery! No accessibility of the restaurant. The payment service has tried to clarify my request. They also couldn't reach the restaurant by phone. Two days later I was told that the restaurant was renovated. Thank you, we waited three hours for our pizzas... in vain. And no excuse to this day! I'll order another pizzeria, even if the business is open again.

Mega unharmed and creepy! That's how you lose customers. After 2 1/2 hours of delay and not reachable by phone, an unfriendly and polite supplier appears here at half 10 in the evening, which does not accept a rejection and makes us accuse, because we did not order via Deliveryando and, indeed, why we would not have picked up the pizza ourselves. Excuse me? Very creepy, too, that he kept pushing us. Absurd! If I had been alone, I would have been really scared.

Shortly thereafter, a second order confirmation comes suddenly with another 30 minutes delivery time. Waited 40 minutes. No trace of delivery, no feedback. Something else is thinking. Save the trouble. Update 21:20: Nearly two and a half hours after order, someone is actually standing there. With accusations instead of excuses. Approval of course refused. You would have gone to the restaurant. You can only be happy not to have paid online.
