Tim Hortons - Grimsby

I was disappointed to find that breakfast was no longer available at 10 am, as they had run out of ice and other products. The long waiting time only added to my disappointment.

This Tim Hortons restaurant is situated on the QEW highway service road in Grimsby, serving as a convenient stop for travelers heading towards Ottawa, among other destinations. The service here is quick and efficient.

Every time I visited during the holiday season, the café was always bustling with customers. Despite the crowd, we received prompt and efficient service, and the coffee was consistently excellent. I already miss starting my morning there and can't wait to return on my next trip to the UK.

Coffee and tee were nothing special, but the donuts were fantastic. we both loved the Boston creams. we have half a dozen to enjoy them on the road. the service was fast and friendly.

Stopped in for lunch on Friday, the place was not super busy and both registers were open, however, it took forever to order they messed up all three orders in my party (completely forgetting one) and messed up the order of the person in front...of me. The cashier at the left most stand mumbled and refused to make eye contact, then when the orders were being reviewed and fixed just stood in the middle of the prep area, in the way, providing no help or support.
