Gino's Pizza - Grimsby

My wife and I, recently moved to Grimsby, finally decided to try out a pizza place we had passed by several times. We were pleasantly surprised to find the best pizza we've had since moving to Toronto from Montreal over 8 years ago. The medium pepperoni, mushroom, and green pepper pie we ordered at Gino's was delicious and reminded us of the 'All Dressed' pizza we used to enjoy in Quebec. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great pizza in the GTA. Good job, Gino's!

If you are looking for a place where your order is consistently incorrect and you are met with rude delivery personnel when they attempt to correct it, then this is the place for you. Absolutely terrible.

I'm not sure if Gino's has new staff, new management, or if they recently changed their pizza recipe, but on October 18th, we had the most disappointing pizza from there. We reached out to them online to share our feedback, but received no response. Two of the pizzas were burnt and the double cheese pizza had hardly any cheese. We understand that everyone has off days, but it's important to acknowledge and respond to customer feedback.

Ordered a large pizza and wings. Pizza was garbage, almost like the pizza was kept on an angle after cooked. All toppings were pushed onto one side. The pizza was basically SOGGY and just overall horrible. Pizza also was cut incorrectly . Pizza was paper thin. Wings tasted like they were cooked in old dirty oil. Side veggies were in a bag that was watery and veggies were dirty. Forgot our dipping sauce which we paid for. Would not order again which is sad because we have ordered from them before and been super happy. Not sure what happened this time, but won’t risk it again. Extremely disappointed to say the least

Best pizza in Niagara hands down. Always consistent, always quick, always friendly. Never an issue.
