Love this location, all the staff are super friendly and they always do an amazing job no matter what we order! I’m really surprised by the bad reviews… This location never disappoints when I go… and that’s more often than I want to admit haha
Terrible service, terrible employees, terrible Blizzards. Just because you can afford to purchase a franchise, doesn't mean you can manage one.When we arrived the 2 employees were on their hands knees in front of the ice cream machine working on something. After ordering, they DID NOT wash their hands the two proceeded to make a disaster of a dairy treat. The ice cream disappeared in the back room to find a banana. The final product was watery, with minimal ingredients.Just gross ?
I placed an order for 7 blizzards through the app and the two girls working today went above and beyond. They were very organized and efficient. They made it a very easy transaction and made sure everything was done correctly and nothing was missing or wrong. Thank you girls !! Give them a raise.
Have been going to this location for years (and they 've been terrific) but just had the most bizarre customer service experience.The two employees at the counter had a really difficult time understanding my order (blizzards that were 50% one flavour, and 50% another flavour). One of the gentlemen was visibly frustrated and grew increasingly confrontational I apologized a handful of times for the confusion the order was causing.Dozens of DQ visits over several years, all across Niagara... and not once has anyone expressed confusion let alone anger when I 've asked for a blizzard that is half one flavour, and half another. It 's perfectly valid to not understand someone 's order I felt for the employee. Customers can be a pain, and confusing. But to turn around and lash at the customer? That 's not ok.In the end my partner and I got blizzards that were barely mixed the employee had lost their cool. Clearly wanted me out the door as fast as possible. Hopefully an anomaly or just a rotten day for the rep.
