Mcdonald's - Grimes

Im convinced this place would park you if you ordered a salt packet. Never have i gotten my food at the window. Theres no standard here. Slowest fast food ever but i guess thats what i get for going to McDonalds. Service: 1

THIS IS A DISGRACE MCDONALDS DON'T EVER GO HERE IT. I was going to mcdonalds to get a shake, and they said their ice cream was not working, but I saw them give somebody else a Mcflurry and a shake

The management at this restaurant is extremely poor. They require customers to use coupon codes on their mobile app, but have difficulty entering the correct code when ordering. Even scanning the barcode at the window did not work, and they refused to honor the coupon. The manager was rude and unhelpful, despite being the only one able to assist. I would not recommend this location as the food is often cold and the employees are unpleasant. Look for another location that is worth your money.

I ordered a sweet tea with no ice, but when I got it home, it was unsweetened tea with ice. How difficult is it to get that right?! Get your act together, Grimes McDonald's. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
