Dairy Queen - Griffin

We had a Snickers brownie blizzard, banana split, and cookie dough blizzard. The Snickers brownie blizzard was okay. The banana split was amazing. Nobody can beat Dairy Queen with the banana split. The cookie dough blizzard had hair in it, but they threwit away and made another while we watched.

Waited for a doordash order for 20 mins it took twenty mins for someone to acknowledge me they kept walking by avoiding eye contact , the guy on the register took the persons order in front of me and never came back to the cashier station the managerwalked and looked at me twice before I had to say something to get my order , customer service one on one keep constant line ofcommunication with the customer to bring back business , failed in my book

They may be busy, but they have never gotten an order wrong here. Having the only ice cream machine in town definitely helps too! They are always on top of everything and provide excellent service!

This Dairy Queen is quite unsatisfactory. I went in to pick up a birthday cake and noticed there were dead bugs on the floor, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The customer service was subpar as well. The cake I ordered did not match what was displayed online. When I called to inquire about it, the employee informed me that their cakes differ from the ones shown on the website. They charge for the cakes advertised online, but the actual product is not the same. The man ended the call abruptly, saying if the cake was incorrect on the inside, it could be brought back. This experience was very discourteous, and I will not be returning.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. It's the worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. The service was terrible, the staff were rude, and the food was poorly prepared. I also asked for extra ice in my tea, but I received a small drink with hardly any ice, and they weren't even wearing gloves while handling it. Overall, a disappointing experience.
