Bidrage med feedbackWe watched other tables that arrived after us get their food while our waitress hadn’t even taken our order yet. When she finally brought our drinks, we told her we were ready to order, and she told us to hold on and walked away. After another 20 minutes of waiting, we decided to ask for a manager, who then wanted to charge me $8.95 for the three drinks after all that! I told him I didn’t think so and informed him that we would be leaving. On a positive note, we went to O'Charley's, where they seated us in less than the 45 minutes they originally quoted. Our waitress there was absolutely amazing—she was funny, kind, and attentive. Not only did she earn a double tip, but we also made sure to tell the manager that she turned our Valentine’s dinner into a memorable one. Thank you, Kayla, for making our night so wonderful!
CAUTION! The customer is always mistaken! The manager really needs to be replaced, and the owner should pay attention to customer feedback rather than listening to her. It's disappointing that he seems indifferent to his business.
My friend and I visited on a Wednesday afternoon and experienced no wait time for seating, drinks, or food orders. We tried the fried green tomatoes, which were tasty but a touch too greasy, and there weren't many of them. Overall, the food was quite good, but it felt slightly light for the price we paid. I'm not sure if we ordered from the lunch or dinner menu. Our waitress was excellent and very friendly. I’m looking forward to trying the Sunday lunch buffet next time!
