Customer service is crucial. When you deliver outstanding service, customers are more likely to return to your establishment.

Spending 20 minutes in the drive-thru was not how I wanted to start my morning, but that's what happened. This McDonald's seems to be getting slower each time I visit. I hadn't been there in weeks, but I decided to give it another chance, and it just wasn't worth it. I recommend going to a different restaurant where you'll be served in no time. The wait is even worse at night—expect to wait around 30 minutes in the drive-thru! The staff is friendly, though, so I’ll give them credit for that.

One of the best McDonalds. Great service and very nice staff. I'm not really a McDonalds fan, but was recently converted. Go to management. Whatever you teach and train, keep it up. As a management trainer, I would like to say that was a great experience and good work. Thank you for opening my eyes to see professionally trained people where I least expected it.
