Courthouse Cafe - Gretna

I drove to Gretna to reminisce my family and our traditions. I loved this cute traquile breakfast nook and i want to give it 5 stars but i can't. The eggs and grits were incredible. I paid for ALL DAY parking as I was hoping to take a day off and read a book. The waitress suggested I read on the levee or on the street called Huey P. Long. Exceptional food and great service! Quick home made dishes will keep you coming back (the grits are heavenly)! Very attentive yet not smothering staff. This is truly a gem of Old Gretna!
