Cafe Du Monde Oakwood Mall - Gretna

Just as good if not better than the downtown location because your food has a better chance of being

I’m just here visiting for the first time with my family and Kendrick served our family so wonderfully. He’s one of the kindest people I’ve met and an obvious hard worker. Thank you Kendrick for making my time at Cafe Du Monde so wonderful:

Same great food and service as the one in the French quarter but a lot more laid-back atmosphere.

Tried to go to the location at Jackson park, but the lines were crazy. We went across the river to the Oakwood mall which has a free-standing Cafe Du Monde in it. Everyone working there was super nice. We had fresh beignets and coffee. Though it was in a mall we had a great peaceful time.

Beignets we're flat not puffy like the real deal in the Quarter.
