Not really expecting this kind of food and service in Italy. Food arrived 2 min after the order, probably microwaved… 15€ for 2 small piece of meat… not classic Italian standard!

Good, good food but be sure all four ingredients cuz they only wore half on the menu and you can get a surprise with something extra that you might not eat.

It is a wonderful cosy hotel and restaurant. We have stayed as a family and have found that easily the best perk here is the staff. From the owner to the employees, everyone is very nice, accomodating, and kind. The restaurant is a lovely little place. It doesn't have many tables, and it's decorate in a typical mountain style, adding to the lovely atmosphere. It has fresh homemade food, starting with the bread. They don't have many vegan or allergic options, but if warned in time they will strive to cook something accessible to anyone. The portions are generally very good, and the food is delicious. The rooms are cosy, very clean, and the decor is very characteristic and warm. The only downside of the rooms is a lack of wardrobe space. We booked two rooms, and in the biggest one there is a wardrobe but it's mainly filled with extra blankets (a very welcome thing indeed); while the small one was very small, with hardly moving space. We have been told that they rent the small one as an addition to the big ones though. Again, the biggest asset of this place is the people working here. They are the ones who make the experience invaluable and enjoyable.

Regional cuisine, when I was there they had fresh porcini mushrooms! Big fan of them so thumbs up for that! price in the range, the village center is near by so good location. We had lunch outside which was great because it was warm. They do rent also small apartments and they do local wine tasting. All in all very good.

Fried porcini mushrooms such as noodles appetizer to the porcini mushrooms stewed with contour of porcini mushrooms tris of cheese polentino, vegetables and of course porcini mushrooms wine nebiolo 396 of the aosta water valley and two coffee all that really good. fixed stage every time we get to gressoney.
