Dutch Bros Coffee - Gresham

I'm a HUGE critic and rarely give 5 stars, however Dutch Bros has never failed me once. Always friendly service, always quick, and they truly put customers first.

I?m a regular who has been coming to this location for a long time because I work near by. I?ve never had any problems in the past, but the last few months the service and wait times have gotten worse and worse, I?ve noticed a shift in employees and I?m not sure if that?s why? I finally decided to write this review today because I came for my birthday drink, waited in a line of only 5 cars for 25min, and the girl in the window had no conversation with me, didn?t say happy birthday, or even talk to me. She took my order, I asked to use my birthday reward, she said ?okay, you?re all set? and then turned to chat with her coworkers.. I know it?s not mandatory to be nice, but the reason I have always loved Dutch Bros was their friendly service, and it seems to be dissipating here.

Thry are always gr8! Long lines sometimes but well worth the wait! They know us well and know what we like! Gr8 customer service from Dutch Bros Staff! Kudus! Luvualwayz!???

Good drinks and fast service. They always seem happy to talk to the customers. I didn't get asked if I had the Dutch app to scan but whatever. I love Dutch Bros

I love DB! This location sucks, sorry to say. Always super duper slow like 10min wait time. Staff is not friendly like other locations. This is my neighborhood shop and I've stopped going because of the service and I'm a daily DB customer.
