I had organized a business meal with people from all over France.Designed by the menu, we had taken a chicken, mine not cooked. The dauphinois gratin was not up to the height, it was the feeling of 3 people living in the region Grenobloise.At the end I wanted to make the green chartreuse taste, the restaurant was devoid of it, we had to fall on the yellow chartreuse. I'm not going to go back to family or business dinner.

The location of the restaurant is enviable with a beautiful view of the city. and the food was really good. However for a restaurant that spreads excellent level the service is PESSIMO! We waited 20 minutes just to have the menu. In the meantime, the room is filled. we asked for the menu in English because nobody spoke anything outside the French. after 1 hour and 1/2 wait and complaints we had the appetizer! immediately after the main dishes. one of which was of fish and from the translation did not convince. I explained that I did not expect that dish and that the translation was wrong. The waiter apologized and offered me another dish. incredibly the wrong dish was counted at the end and despite our remonstrations we felt like that. to avoid.

It was not our first visit, on the contrary, but we wiped out some disappointments during the last meal. First of all, we waited almost 20 minutes after our arrival to bring the menus. visibly only one person was entitled to distribute the menus to guests. It was obviously not a problem of availability of menus since they were placed on a table near ours ready to be distributed. the said person was busy, among other things, to take out the lobsters of the viver and then finally distribute the menus but not ... necessarily in the order of arrival. a model of disorganization. The mouthing is finally served. very good but no one presents us what we eat. For main dishes, only 4 are served at the same time, the others will have to wait for more than 5 minutes.And cherry on the cake, an error on the addition. On the other hand, it is regrettable that the menus have disappeared for the benefit of the only card that makes the addition climb. Too bad because it remains a very good table.

This restaurant has an exceptional setting with a terrace overlooking the valley. Quiet and relaxing, the dinner is going well. dishes are of excellent quality and service is fast. nothing to say for this restaurant, perfect meal!
