Panera Bread - Greer

Dining room was filthy! 4 employees standing in the back like they were at a party. I addressed a employee about the condition of the store and a girl came out, grabbed a wipe, wiped the garbage area and then proceeded to wipe every table with the same wipe. Dead flys in the windows and the floors hadn?t been swept all day. My soup was cold and my sandwich had about 1/2 the meat and toppings it was suppose to have. This store is declining at a rapid pace. New management should be considered.I also have a video of the dining area but wasn?t allowed to add to this review.

I enjoy the food when it is fresh, but I am not a big fan of the old or dry bagels. The salads are spectacular and I appreciate the option to order half portions. The high-pitched hand vac sweeper noise over the music is annoying and makes it difficult to hear conversations. It seems unnecessary to use such a small device in a dining area of that size. The temperature is always uncomfortably cold, and I do not enjoy eating with goosebumps.

Since moving to the new location, the quality of the food at this restaurant has significantly decreased. The last few times I have ordered, items were missing and even the soup has changed. Despite these changes, the prices continue to increase. I understand firsthand the growing costs of running a business, but it's important to be cautious when making cuts. I won't be returning after today, especially after paying over $6 for an Asiago breakfast sandwich. Panera used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but not anymore.

I love Panera, but this is the worst thing I've ever done. I order the Mediterranean with chicken and the rice was not completely boiled the grain was so hard that it tasted like chalk. I was told by the manager that they had a new grain mix and that's how it was. It makes no sense why food would taste like that if it is a new grain. It should be a warm bowl, not cold and uncooked. I DONT recommend this Panera customer service is not great. Very disappointed.

We ordered flatbread pizza for delivery. We received a text that the order was out for delivery and were given the name of a female making the delivery. However, the person who delivered the food was a man and the pizza was cold. It was inconvenient to have to reheat our order after paying extra for delivery. Additionally, having to tip at the time of the order resulted in us tipping for cold food. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again and would prefer Atlanta Bread Co instead.
