I am very thankful that Firehouse Subs now offers a gluten-free option. Although the sandwiches are prepared using shared equipment, I have been able to enjoy the Hook and Ladder sandwich. I take a gluten pill to help manage any potential gluten interactions. The restaurant is kept very clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.
Quick service and hot food! The customer service was excellent. I visited during my lunch break and still had plenty of time to relax.
