Shake Shack First National Building Downtown Detroit

I love Shake Shack! Had it for the first time ever in New York. I do think the fries are slightly under, but some people like their fries that way. I prefer slightly crispy. The chicken nuggets were pretty delicious!

First time here and was very satisfied. Easily a top 5 fast food burger I have had. Had the double shack burger and bacon cheese fries which were also very good. A bit pricey and no self serve soda. $19.17 for all.

Friendly Crew but the food is outrageously expensive. I got a Double Green Chili Cheddarshack, a regular order of fries and a seasonal lemonade. It cost me $20. Not sure where companies are getting the audacity to charge such an outrageous price. Stick to McDonald's or burger king. The burger was comically small, as if it was meant for a child. It tasted decent but nothing to rave about. The fries were cooked good, but lacked any form of flavor. Will not be visiting any shakeshack again.

DISAPPOINTED! I GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE BURGER TASTE. AND 1 FOR FRIENDLY SERVICE. I GOT A STRAWBERRY SHAKE WITH A DOUBLE SMOKE BURGER AND FRIES. SHAKE WAS BLAH AND SMALL. THE BURGER I ATE IN 8 BITES. AND FRIES YOU COULD TASTE THE OIL EXTREME. SO IF YOU ARE REALLU HUNGRY OR HAVE EXPECTATIONS ON YOU BURGER CHEAT DAY. MAYBE NOT THE BEST.

My first time eating at a Shake Shack. I had the shroom burger, tried a bite of the double cheeseburger with bacon, the fries, and the chicken bites. Everything was good, especially the fries. Customer service was great.
