Einstein Bros Bagels

Very slow. I couldn't finish my ham and float the bagel because he smelled badly. I took it apart and the ham smells funny and the eggs too. probably not safe to eat here. the ice cream was okay.

Lousy customer service and was recommended to wipe off the narrow when trying to discuss my milk allergy. it was surprised that none of the breakfast sandwiches were able to accommodate allergens

I love bagels but I will not be returning to this store again. This is not the first time either. The blonde lady in her 50's that you guys have working drive thru in the morning obviously does not enjoy her job there. She is rude, can't get the order right and takes extremely long. She never smiles or says hello and when asked for her name she refuses to provide it. Ive called the store before but you guys never seem to return a call or an email. Is that really who you want representing you in the mornings?

Team was great and helpful. Especially the manager Todd who offered a dairy free menu for my kid. Hard to find places with employees who care nowadays and this one does.

We have the brunch for 2. it was very tasty and worth the 18th when they had the choice to replace those that would be even better. will be back
