A&w - Greenwood Village

I'm writing this review while enjoying my meal... There's nothing particularly exceptional about this restaurant, except for the manager. She was diligently overseeing everything—delivering orders, taking them, and managing the staff all at once. In contrast, Wendy's down the street had more employees and a line out the door. At A&W, my food arrived just a few minutes after I placed my order. I highly recommend this location, thanks to Tommy, the manager, and her remarkable ability to run the restaurant almost single-handedly.

I really love this restaurant due to the incredible customer service I get each time I come here. Mario and Breanna are fantastic employees; they always welcome me with a warm smile and consistently deliver exceptional service, no matter how busy it gets. They ensure that every guest feels appreciated and never hurried.

The service was a bit slow, mainly because there was only one staff member at the front, and we happened to be behind a rather rude customer. He was adamant about not wanting the honey sauce with his KFC meal because he argued that it wasn't real honey. Did he not understand that he was at KFC?
