Waffle House - Greenwood

The staff here is fantastic. My own interactions were great, and it was clear from observing and listening that they truly put in a lot of effort and are very friendly. The food was good, about what you would expect from a Waffle House, and they generally cooked everything correctly. On the downside, the restaurant was quite cold, so I had to keep my coat on, and I could see it becoming quite loud if more people were there. Overall, I highly recommend trying this place out! Parking is convenient, with over 20 spots available right next to the restaurant.

The seating arrangement was insufficient for larger groups, as we struggled to accommodate a party of more than four. However, aside from that, the experience was quite enjoyable.

I had a fantastic breakfast on a snowy day. The staff were really friendly, both the servers and the cooks.

Had 2 eggs over easy with hash browns, ham, and toast. Everything was prepared perfectly and very quickly. Bathrooms are immaculate!

This was probably one of my most positive Waffle House experiences ever. I received lots of smiles, asked if I needed something by staff, managers, and the regional director multiple times. I felt appreciated, cared for, and like they actually wanted to serve me.
