Steak 'n Shake - Greenwood

We drove 30 minutes out of the way on a road. google says they are open, we come to the restaurant and there are banner all about the building say dining room open, but the doors are locked. there were employees who looked at me, but ignored me. I tried not to get a reply. this place is a scandal, and it is obvious why the reviews are getting worse and worse. would give 0 stars if it were possible.

They seemed under staffed, about a 15 to 20 wait at the drive-thru, food was good.

Not what I remember a steak n shake to be. The burger was so thin I could barely find it. Not very tasty at all. Not worth the .

This place is even worse now than before. I figured without having to deal with the horrible servers it would be better. I was most definitely wrong! This store has two girls with attitude, the bathroom was nasty and smelled like sewage and the dining room wasnt so great either. I arrived in the dining room there was two other tables in the dining room occupied. I ordered my food and waited 25 minutes till I received my food. Food wasnt even worth any of it. I wish I could take the 1star away. Don't go and save yourself. Only Freddie's can pull this concept off.

Frisco Melt was good as usual but they were out of chili. The drive through employee was very nice.
