O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Greenwood

In the city on Business and O'Charlies was almost in the parking lot of the hotel. Dinner in the late afternoon was excellent. Fillet Mignot was one of the best I had for years. As a frequent customer of Aussie Square, I found O'Charlies a much better negotiation and the food was superior. Enjoy it so much that I came back 3 days later. Had the same exact meal and again. Perfection with food and service.

Terrible home experience. laugh too hard. Potatoes with engraving was too salty to eat (silk). I asked for cod and chicken strips on my combination plate and I got cod and 5 Jumbo shrimps. I don't eat shrimps. My broccoli should be prepared without seasoning and seasoning it ha. I called the restaurant and dint get an answer (I guess because it was near the closing time). I called the next day and asked to talk to the manager just to get in touch twice, and no one answered my call. I was waiting and heard someone pick up and hang up. I called back, was back in control, and no one ever came back to me. I'm angry because I work hard for my money and I don't like to give it away when I paid for something I want but didn't get. That's a bad customer service. I won't return.

O'Charleys... well, we were ignored for the first 10 minutes, then finally sitting. Our server Elyse was sweet and on most things. Although when we were asked for our food, she immediately got the man who really looked. Note, our meals were 18.99 plus) offered a discount. That would have been good, except that he just took the appetizers that we already had free for the registration. Then Elyse told us that he composed our free appetizers and said we could use it next time. There will be no next time and we are out of the state. They finished the 4.99 children's meal, instead of the grounded inedible steak and delicate meals. Overall no great experience, but the scattered cat outside is currently eating well. If you want overpriced cat food, I'll come here. Follow food causes gastrointestinal stress and diarrhea.

I've been coming here since working in Greenwood and I've never had an issue BUT this time....I got a to go order and steak was WAY over cooked, the broccoli which is usually delicious was crunchy and had grey spots on it like it was old. I've never gotten sick after eating anything... except this time. It'll be awhile before I can bring myself to coming back here and hopefully that'll be enough time for them to get it back together.

My wife and I decided to go there for lunch. I ordered the bone in ribeye with loaded baked potato and my wife had the rib and chicken tender combo platter. Our food was very good! Drinks were good too!
