Kfc - Greenwood

My husband and I went to get dinner. He went inside because the drive thru was not an option. If I could give a 0, I absolutely would. Our food was cold, old, and chewy. 20 bucks down the drain for 2 people. We had to go to Culver's and spend more toget a hot, fresh dinner. Shame on KFC. Instead of ever being acceptable, you just keep getting worse and that stems from poormanagement.

Tonight I pulled up to drive through was told it would be a 30 minute wait for chicken. Last week I pulled up to drive through was told there are only 2 people working so I would have to come inside to place my order. So I did then was told thatbecause it was 7:30 (the store is open until 10:00pm) that they don?t drop any new chicken for frying. They had no Extra crispychicken. REALLY!!! Someone needs to open a KFC in Greenwood. This one is incapable of being a fast food restaurant!

We have given this business several chances and they continue to fail. today we have placed a quick pick-up order. it said it would be ready at 19:53 clock. my man arrived and was informed that it would be at least an additional 25 minutes. when my man spoke with angie, whom I think she was the layer manager as if she could take care of less. when he asked about the manager info after she had given it to him. When he asked about the franchise owners info, she told him she didn't know. 40 minutes after the time that our order should be ready, it was finally finished. I hope, however, that changes will be made, considering how often this has happened, I doubt. my man has sent nikki the manager, we will see if we actually hear from her.

First I pull up to the speaker, I am told they are limited on chicken. I say what about chicken bowls, oh that’s not the chicken I’m referring to. I Oder 2 chicken bowls, 2 large coleslaw, pull up to the window and the manager is telling the new lady u do what you want for the 16 piece but u going to have a lot of ppl passed off without any chicken for the next hour. I get pulled to the side, I go back to the window on foot (no one was in the drive through) I asked for a sweet tea and got unsweetened. They gave me a coke in exchange. I get my chicken bowls and they torn the chicken into mini pieces to put in the bowl, barely any gravy and no gravy in one. 25 dollars on a meal they wouldn’t have paid for themselves. It’s a shame! I definitely will not be coming back to this location.

This is the worst **** Hole i have ever eaten at. Ordered the 8 pc meal. Waited in line for 45 minutes. $28.00. Got home , 7 pcs chicken , no Biscuits and no Gravy. Mashed Potatoes and Colesaw were enough for 1 Person. How is this Shithole still open.
