Burger King - Greenwood

Even tho they were short staffed and only two people working late nights to close up the store they were still fairly fast about getting our our made and brought to us. We had gotten pulled forward because they were holding on the fries for our order so to make up for the wait on fresh fries the manager working had given us 1 extra fry small size for the wait and was very apologetic sincere and friendly with a smile on her face when she brought the fries out 2 Go with the rest of our food. Would definitely go back to this Burger King in a heartbeat and hope the other employees are just as nice and courteous as the one that I met on January 19th of 2022 closer night shift.

Not for lack of trying, but the food preps here could use some additional training and monitoring. This is not to dissuade any customers who might be in the mood for Burger King. Their prices and the promotional offers that come with the app bring utter shame to their competitors. The dining area is always kept clean; however, it is a bit antiquated. The path to perfection here is clear: more rigorous food prep training; a cosmetic overhaul. Everything else is spot-on.

I’d say 9 times out of 10 you’ll get everything you want out of your meal in a sense of soft bun and fresh etc. but the lady at the window she’s me regularly for breakfast and she always remembers ketchup and lets me know it’s in the bag. Other employees places don’t do that. For remembering my ketchup every time they get five stars.

I had a great experience in the drive through. The employees were nice, helpful, and I was in and out before I knew it. 10/10 Keep up the great work Burger King

6/22 Update: Still good customer service, fast service via drive thru my kids orders were correct! I went through the drive thru to get my son breakfast, before school. The employees were friendly. I received everything that I ordered. All the food was correct too! Oh it was very fast service! The also included napkins in the bag so there's an extra plus, since most places don't seem to do that these days! I just moved to the area and this place is only a mile down the road, so ill definitely be returning.
