After waiting for 90 minutes, I called to check on my order and was told it would be an additional 10 minutes. Still no sign of my order after 2 hours. I called to cancel and went with Dominos instead. The person I spoke to on the phone was very unprofessional.
This restaurant is terrible and the staff are dishonest. They try to intimidate customers over the phone and laugh when they admit they owe you money but refuse to return it. They even threaten to involve the police. Avoid this place at all costs.
I have been a resident of Greenwich for many years and have been a regular at this restaurant since I was a young child. However, in recent years, since the new staff has been hired, especially the person who answers the phone and works at the register, the quality of service has decreased significantly. This individual has a terrible attitude and clearly does not care about the customers or their orders. Many of my family and friends have also had negative experiences, with some even having the phone hung up on them. This person's disrespectful behavior has tarnished the reputation of the restaurant. Last night, I drove 30 minutes to the restaurant and was unable to get a price quote over the phone before being hung up on, leading me to write this review. I would not recommend dining here, as there are plenty of other establishments with more friendly and attentive staff. If you do decide to go, be cautious when asking for sauce, as you may be met with hostility and be charged extra for it.
Disgusting service received for the last 4 orders placed. Because I had been buying from them for years I continued to our their mistakes and bad manners down to having a bad day but this last order was the worst. Not only did they take 2 hours to deliver, blaming it on only having 1 driver, which you could have informed me of when ordering, but YET AGAIN an entire chicken meal was missing. I called back to speak to the so called manager, he refused to give me a refund or to send out the meal due to the 1 driver BS. I raised an issue with PayPal who said they couldn 't refund as it wasn 't an unauthorized payment, basically leaving me with no further options. PayPal emailed the payment processor Go2online (I think) but haven 't heard from them either. The manager could only say we 'll add it to your next order. What a crock. What good is it to me then? I won 't be ordering again I can 't trust that these new morons won 't spit in my food, so o won 't be receiving my food or a refund. Thieves!!!!!!! Disgusting attitude, disgusting service , disgusting staff, and I hope and pray these thieving morons burn the place to the ground. So much for 16yrs as a loyal customer. Scum of the earth these people are. I beg you, please avoid!
We used to love Milano's, the food is decent and its local but the last few times we've been they've consistently tried to overcharge us- when queried this time they tried to say the extra was for calling in an order even though we collected! I'm not sure if management has changed but the staff are incredibly rude and give really bad service. It's a real shame but I don't think we're going to go there any more.
