Zaxby's has really declined over the past decade. I understand it's a fast food chain, but there was a time when you could confidently say Zaxby's was better than McDonald's or Burger King. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. The quality seems to have dropped significantly. The fries are often cold and not seasoned properly, the chicken tenders are smaller and frequently burnt, and they barely give you Zax sauce anymore. They've even been removing items from the menu, like the Buffalo Blue Salad. I recently used their takeout service, and it wasn't great.

Just awful, didn't get the sauce I ordered, burnt chicken and fries. Somehow the chicken smelled like it just smoked a pack of cigarettes, zero stars, and thanks for sending out zero quality food. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
