Subway - Greenville

I just left this restaurant an hour ago. I was hesitant to try the drive-thru, but let me tell you, I will not be going to another Subway in Greenville, SC again. Everything, and I mean everything, was excellent. From the customer service to the freshest vegetables I have ever had at any Subway. Believe me when I say that! Keep up the great work, Augusta Street, with your small selves. You may be small, but you have the freshest vegetables in town. I'm out!

I recently received a coupon in the mail and was excited to use it at a local restaurant. Upon arriving, I found myself as the only customer in line. However, I had to wait a few minutes while the staff finished processing online orders. When I went to check out with my two footlong sandwiches, I was asked to scan the coupon. After scanning it, the cashier informed me that the coupon had already been used, despite the fact that it had not been. Despite my insistence that the coupon was unused, the cashier refused to honor it and offered no alternative solution. I left the restaurant feeling disappointed and frustrated with the customer service. I would not recommend visiting this location.

I absolutely despise the new menu and layout of the restaurant. I have been a loyal customer of Subway for years, but I will not be returning. The sandwiches I used to enjoy are no longer available, so what is the point? Additionally, the prices have become unreasonably high.

I get the meatball sub usually and sometimes its great and other times the meatballs are burned. I've also shown up over 30 minutes before close and had the workers run to the back and turn off the lights so as not to serve anyone else.

It 's 8/22/22. @7:34pm. I just had the single worst experience in this Subway. It was my usual go to but not any more. No one greeted me or even asked what I wanted. The guy just stood there until I asked. Didn 't offer any chips or drink or even dressing for the salad I ordered. Please hire new people so I can come back. This is clearly not the norm...
