Rocky's Hot Chicken Shack - Greenville

This was our first visit, and it was fantastic! We've been exploring the area and stumbled upon this restaurant. I ordered the sandwich of the day, and my wife opted for the Palmetto BLT. Both dishes were wonderful, but my favorite was the blue cheese dip!

Today was our first time dining here, and it certainly won't be our last. There was a bit of a line when we arrived, but it moved quickly. Our group ordered chicken tenders, rotisserie chicken, and wings, along with sides of mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, sweet potato casserole, and fries. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous. The wait time was what you would expect for a busy Friday night. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and eager to assist us with anything we needed. The location is also very convenient—it's close to downtown but avoids the heavy traffic. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

I absolutely love this restaurant! It's a must-visit when you're in Greenville. I'm a fan of spicy food and can handle quite a bit, but the Rocky's Hot flavor is incredibly spicy—definitely not for the faint of heart! I recommend starting with something milder and working your way up. The meats are juicy and packed with flavor, and the portion sizes are quite generous, too!

Spicy! Even the medium level is quite hot. We ordered both grilled and fried tenders. Next time, we’ll opt for the plain or mild, haha. The mac and cheese is really fantastic!

If you're a fan of spicy food, this is the ideal restaurant for you. I tried the extra hot wings, and the spice level was just right. They were cooked to perfection. The side of slaw fries was also excellent. The service was outstanding as well. I highly recommend this place!
