Last week I posted an online order and went to the restaurant to get the food. When I arrived, I found someone stole my food! The manager and the employees were quick to replace my order and I was very impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. There was a time when this Panera fought to provide a good service, but it seems they have changed and I recommend this store and its great staff!

I love this place. The workers are very friendly, and the food is fresh and never greasy. Be prepared to wait, though. Everything is prepared fresh, and I always have to wait, but it is worth it.
