Mike's Cheesesteaks Roast Pork

Absolutely the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. Even people from Philly that I’ve taken there has said they’ve never had better. I highly recommend Mike’s to everyone. You will not be dissatisfied unless you hate food.

We arrived in Greenville just in time for a late lunch so we stopped at Gather GVL, love the concept of using old storage containers. Perfect way to recycle and reuse. It’s set up in a large square courtyard with plenty of seating both covered and uncovered. We ate at Mike’s and. had a roasted Pork sandwich with Broccoli Rabe and hand crumbled cheese, it was perfection. Everyone we encountered was courteous, professional and helpful, highly recommend stopping at GVL, next time we will try dinner!

This spot has it. We had the roast pork sandwich (sub) with sharp provolone and broccoli rabe. The bread was just right and held together the sandwich. The roast pork was tender and juicy, like pulled pork, but the star of the sandwich was the play of sharp provolone and bitter, garlicky and spicy broccoli rabe. One of the best sandwiches with few ingredients but with the right proportions. We also ordered a cannoli with chocolate chips which has a fresh and crisp outside and gooey and flavorful filling.The staff is courteous and friendly. We ordered and they took down our number to text us when our order was ready. Highly recommend.
