I was surprised that after waiting an hour and 15 minutes for a table, the customer service wasn't up to par. The hosts were very pleasant and genuine. Most of the meals in my party were quite tasty, but my mom's salmon was served cold, and my steak was overcooked. I had mentioned to our waitress that we were there to celebrate my mom's birthday, and I noticed that other tables were being acknowledged for their birthdays. I visited this restaurant twice, and both times the food was delicious. They offer warm, tasty rolls to enjoy while you wait for your meal. The staff is very friendly, and although there can be a wait at times, I see why – the portions are generous and really satisfy your cravings.

The experience was just mediocre. The service was quite slow, and the food didn't impress me much. My filet was actually overcooked! Our waiter was friendly, but he seemed overwhelmed as he was attending to tables all over the restaurant. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place left something to be desired. I likely won't be returning.

Had such a wonderful lunch today at Logans! We had an amazing server named Kendra, she kept a constant check on us and had such a great personality! She's a true asset to the business! The restaurant and the restrooms were both very clean, and there was a High Grade A sanitation score, our food was served in a very timely manner, and it was hot, fresh and quite delicious and the prices are very reasonable! We spent just under $25.00 for our 2 meals. We ordered the 6oz Sirloin

My first visit here, the service was excellent and there was not a long wait to be seated. Food cooked to perfection as well as served with care. I'll visit again soon and try to take photos.
