Donuts are just ok. Staff not friendly at all. Out of PLAIN GLAZED DONUTS (like McDonald's being out of French fries). I hate that this location has degraded so 5 years ago I had it at 4 stars!
They wouldn’t even let me scan my QR code to earn my points. They said it only worked in the drive thru and apparently turning around to scan it there was too difficult, so I spent my money and wasn’t even offered a receipt to try to get my points that way.
It seems that most stores are heavily reducing the amount of donuts they carry. Went by around noon and they are already out of every dont I would get, including their LTOs. No staff to be seen, waited over a minute with nobody coming up so I just left
Iced coffee and Boston Creme donut. Can't go wrong lol.
