They couldn't serve you if you had the whole afternoon to sit and wait. I spent 20 minutes waiting on an order that never came. They need to hire better people or find a way to encourage them to do their jobs.

Are you aware that customers know when you cancel their delivery order? So last night you were having issues with ALL THE DELIVERY APPS? If you don't feel like working may I suggest another job. Oh and you hurt the delivery drivers too, they drive all the way there for an order that you tell them doesn't exist or you don't have anything they ordered. Really then why is the drive thru still open for everyone but delivery? If you don't have chicken for a delivery order then how do you have chicken for the drive thru?

Worst Bojangles in the upstate. They have no pride in serving fresh food. Hockey pucks for biscuits and rude horrible staff. I'm sure it's a product of the employee pool that we are forced to pick from. Skip this place.

Everytime I go to this location right before work they will let you sit in the driveway for 30 mins or tell you that they system is down, then when you drive around you see all of them on they phones waiting for the clock to hit 10 poor customer service.
