Pizza Marsala - Greensburg

I had a terrible experience with the customer service. It was truly unacceptable. I called because someone has been placing orders under my name without my consent. The person on the phone, who had a foreign accent, was uninterested in listening to my concerns. I strongly advise against ordering from this shop. It's simply awful.

The service was quick and the staff were very friendly! I loved that you can buy pizza by the slice. Overall, it was really good—no complaints at all!

We used to be regulars, but this place has gone downhill terribly. Between the insane price hike at the end of 2021, the poor service and declining food quality and preparation, it's a pretty inconsistent business. The thing that bothers me most is thatwhile we have frequented this place for several years, the inconsistency of pricing on the same exact order has been an issue,especially considering our order is always for the same 2 topping XL pizza every time. It depends which staffer you place theorder with on the phone, and it also depends on which situational discount or coupon they'll honor. Nowadays, it's $25 for an XL2 topping pizza at this place. Competitively, you could still get the same pizza elsewhere for under $20. It's a far cry fromwhen they first opened. We're going elsewhere from now on.

I absolutely love this pizza place and I'll keep returning for sure! I think people should consider tipping pizza delivery drivers a bit more, especially with rising costs nowadays.
