Eat'n Park - Greensburg

Very disappointed at the buffet. Our service was not bad, but the food service was waited and waited for bacon to come as soon as we are there and the sausages boiled under. Even if they are precooked, no cookies, and the eggs were cold, but I would say the waffles were pretty good, there was only no syrup and I had the last two in the container and did not see that they fill it until we went and then they were almost with how many people wanted and waited for them.

First, the server, Brandi, was quite honest. She took 10 minutes to come to our table, and another 15 for two water. From there, the service could only get worse. I ordered a cup of potato soup that Brandi came to. 10 minutes later, she didn't even tell us that the soup was outside, she told the table next to us who informed them that they didn't order soup. Honest mistake, but she didn't even mention it on our table until the person I asked with me about other page options. I then ordered a cup of noodle soup that Brandi never brought. In comes the check that lasted 20 minutes after we were delivered with our food, and it still had the original cup of potato soup. My friend politely asked to take off the soup as it was almost two hours since we were there, and Brandi took the check. Then she got the manager, Katie, who was incredibly rude and accused us that we were threatening to deny and overthrow. The main problem is that we both had our cards in our hands to pay as they said. The soup I've never been given was never taken off. Both the Server Brandi and the Manager Katie were exponentially rude and unrespective, without recognizable reason. Overall, this is the worst service I have ever seen, and I myself am a server, I would be fired if I did the way Brandi did. Any other employee at this meal n? Park was always spectacular, but these two seem to cause unnecessary problems.

Despite her smiling logo, this place made me smile with nothing. After I stood at the door for 15 minutes and waited for the staff to walk past me, I finally sat. The place was mostly empty and abundant staff was available. Immediately after that, a family with two loud, crying children sat behind me, although the place was about 1/3 full and many other stands open to place them where they would not disturb other customers. The service was clear. Only shy of $14 bought me a chocolate shake that was good, a pale handful of McDonald's quality fries, and one of the worst ugliest burgers I ever had the misfortune of eating. The bunk was glazed, the blows sparse, the meat dry and loaded with hard to chew bits. I'm not going to eat here again and suggest the tired traveler to go somewhere else for dinner.

French fries were tasty. Burger over done for personal preference. Coffee pretty good. Server very very very friendly!! Prices a wee?? bit high but. . . it's 2022

Their American Grill Burger is AMAZING! The meat is juicy and flavorful, the bread thick and buttery (grill top perfection), fresh veggies and gooey cheese top it perfectly. I'm a huge fan of their fries, the tasty cousin of the crinkle.
