Excellent donuts! Always fresh, like the extraordinary breads and rolls. The brothers are very honest, dedicated people, have learned their craft from their parents. This shop has a long history, with a very loyal follow, as well as many long distance travelers, looking for donuts as they were made earlier years ago. Carl and Jim are friendly with everyone and have excellent help to move the long lines.

I started coming to the donut chef when I was a kid with my brother and dad. Place is amazing. We would get four breads with fresh bread. Eat two in the car and take two to my grandparents' house. The cakes with sugar and cinnamon are my favorites. I'll turn 50 in about two months, and I'm not going to make a trip to Pittsburgh or near there with a stop. I gave it to my children. They also love it at Donutkoch.
