Service takes FOREVER if you go anytime in the evening, sometimes it’ll take at least 20mins just to get through a line of like 6 people

Food wasn’t portioned right at all, barely any chicken. the quesadilla was hard and just cheese with chicken on the side.the chips were so stale when i had reached out to ask about replacement, they said that’s how it is supposed to be made and that i can get a bogo deal next time i come in.i had a birthday side of guac they wouldn’t give to me bc it was my birthday month, not day even tho it said on the app it was redeemable..

I have lived in this area for four years now and I go to this location you get chipotle. I usually do online orders for pick up and every time I show up the food is not ready for an additional 10 to 30 minutes. The worst part is, they are rarely ever busy when I show up to get my food. So it isn’t like that is a valid excuse to not have someone’s food ready. If it’s not for them being late, it is the order being off. I ordered double chicken every single time as I know the scoop they plan on giving me. Ordering two scoops I feel like I get less than the original one scoop. Period. It has gotten to the point where I try to show up late and I also run to the front to tell them to give me an additional scoop of meat as I know there isn’t nearly enough on the bowl. Lastly, I have never once been compensated Apologize to for waiting the 10 to 30 minutes for my food to be ready.

Nasty. This location is always dirty. Employees have long hair that hangs in the food. No hair nets is a major turn off when thinking about eating. Last visit, they were handing out food on trays that had YET to even be cleaned off from the previous patrons. This place is disgusting. When Ive worked in management, it was majorly frowned upon to close down half of the store before actual closing time. Most of the time if you come here past 8:00 they don’t even have the food you want anymore and they refuse to make more, leading to a major disservice to customers. Hire more staff if that’s why you can’t keep your restaurant clean.

I love Chipotle. My wife and I frequent this location often. Sometimes, it's hit or miss on how our food is made but never really had an issue on where we needed to complain.
