Taco Bell - Greensboro

That's the worst taco bell, maybe in life. last time I came here, they only took cash, had no koss or ice. the food was sub par. super sketched place. I thought I'd give them a chance at redemption, but this time I'll wait about 5 minutes until someone take my order, they couldn't hear me. they couldn't get me back. I'm just caught in the driveway while they try to find out the person two people before me.

Bad situation in boro. came tonight and mobile orders are just because they are short employees. it makes no sense to close this place, there is always a problem. Why have drive-thru when we need to order via the app.

I ordered a chicken bowl and wad dining room. when I got my bag of eating, there was no plastic war and when I asked about some, they said we didn't. who says they agreed that they would say a utensilie and the others. we have no other food: 3/5

Provided the low staff issues that abound, the staff here really try hard to pull thru. Sometimes you can hear a bit of the customer service exhaustion in their tone but that's in due in whole to what they're put thru by the public and the employee no-shows.Food: 5/5

Does corporate or the franchise owner ever read these reviews?? This evening I pulled into drive thru to be rudely informed that they were only accepting DoorDash or mobile orders. Ok. Fine.Mobile orders apparently take 30+ minutes to get.There’s a lobby full of people but the door is locked. So maybe they’re employees? Friends? A private party?Worst Taco Bell. If it wasn’t so late and if I hadn’t already paid for my food I’d leave.
