Sonic Drive In - Greensboro

We ordered 2 milkshakes and waited at least 30 min, stopped looking at watch at 20 min mark, I was highly POed, went and sat in car, my words were not nice.

This place is absolutely HORRIDCustomer service sucksBadlyI literally spent over an hour at this "fast food" restaurant.

After reading the other reviews I was wary but decided to brave it anywayWe went a little after 11am when UNCG was on summer break.

A bacon cheeseburger ordered toaster combo with cettes and pfirsich sprite. the person who took my order was friendly and accurate. the tickets were perfectly crisp. the only problem came when I opened my burger. it had a tiny little chip of speck in the weakest little baby wobble ring. it looked bad intentionally. told them the problem and they repaired it. the second burger was excellent. the speck was honestly the best I ever had (crispy and not burned) and the wobble ring was just slightly smaller than the fleischpatty. Thank you for doing everything right!

If I could leave no stars I would. Bianca took my order and was rude as hell! I asked a question pertaining to was Sonic was from tap and instead of saying one moment let me ask my manager, she responded with do you want the water or not?! Working customer service 7 years, no matter what the job I always appreciate the customer service. I explained this to her manager, and the only thing she could say was “Ok, I’m sorry. I will speak to her”. The smallest things can make or ruin someone’s day and this certainly did damper mine.
