Pizza Hut Express - Greensboro

This restaurant serves as a campus supplement and offers a unique mix of Pizza Hut and Taco Bell. It feels like a traditional eatery but features a wider range of choices. The staff is friendly and fun, making for a pleasant dining experience!

The service was quite slow, and the staff seemed to keep customers waiting. The restaurant was very busy, yet it felt somewhat understated. Unfortunately, there were times when our orders were incorrect, which was frustrating after waiting for 20 minutes.

During my four years in Greensboro, I've only visited this location twice, and both times my experience was disappointing due to order mistakes. On my first visit, I waited 20 minutes to pick up my order, only to find out they had gotten it wrong, which meant I had to wait another 20 minutes—totaling over 40 minutes. Today, I made the mistake of leaving without checking my pizza, trusting that they would have it right since it had my name on it. Unfortunately, when I got back to my apartment, I discovered it was the wrong order, forcing me to turn around and return to the store. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location, as it seems they don't have their processes in place.
