Amazing lamb shawarma! in seriousness, this is one of the most amazing things I've ever eaten. tried the cannoli who are great. the Mediterranean salate and the tiramisu were excellent. .but nothing came close to the Lamb Shawarma! I don't understand why there is no line of 150 people waiting for the amazing lamb jawarm!

We were here for my Moms birthday and had a party of six. We were seated immediately at a table we reserved but they were not horribly busy. It took us a while to decide on what to order, but we did get two appetizers. Once we ordered, they had two items on the menu that they were out of. Hummus being one and salmon being the other. It was 15 min after we ordered when the waitress told me they did not have any salmon in the kitchen. This was frustrating as I had to make a quick decision on what else to get. Our food took a while to come out and we saw other parties come and go. For the price range, I expected faster service and for them to have all the items on the menu. Overall, the food was great quality and we had a good time. We were there for over two hours. One other thing to mention was the way some of the staff were dressed. One waitress had on very short and tight shorts and a low cut shirt. Did not seem to fit in with the atmosphere of a higher end restaurant.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called in my order when i came to pick it up i was greeted by a very sarcastic cashier who demanded that i had been given an order number over the phone when i was not, after finally finding my order she then proceeded to question if i could afford it. Chicken parmigiana was definitely NOT worth $20! NO FLAVOR, garlic bread was literally a piece of sub bread with butter! Could’ve gotten a better warm up dinner! VERY DISAPPOINTING

Waiter was very nice and attentive. The bread was the only thing worth eating. Lasagne was tasteless. Noodles were stretchy and it appears they just poured some tomato sauce on top to cover the dish. It had NO flavor; absolutely horrible. My husband had some tomatoes on top of something we did not recognize that was advertised as a side salad. His chicken Marsala was tasteless also. One of the breast could not be eaten because it was undercooked. We graciously ate, used our coupon and will never return unless we want a sub. I have had good Italian and steak subs here. Very bad food experience but great atmosphere and nice employees.

I enjoy the house made Italian dressing and the garden salad but customer service is poor. I waited at least 10 mins while 2 other cashiers/ host were talking amongst themselves and a third one was on the phone with a customer. When the one on the phone finally acknowledged me she was not welcoming. I paid for my food and waited while she gathered my items, because of the poor customer service I checked my items before leaving and the garden salad looked awful. The lettuce was brown and the serving size was way smaller than what I normally get. I proceeded to go back to the counter and waited some more because I wanted a fresh salad which she did switch out for me but did not apologize about serving not up to par food. I was very displeased with the service rendered today and I hope you all can have better days with great customer service.
