Kfc - Greensboro

This KFC location in Greensboro is the best, with an outstanding and kind general manager named Chuck. Despite being very busy, all the staff, especially the cashiers and other workers, are very nice, even when dealing with impatient and disrespectful customers. The food prices are worth the 10-15 minute wait. It's important to remember that there is a major worker shortage due to the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in the restaurant industry, so it is important to be grateful, patient, and friendly towards the workers and managers who are putting their lives at risk to serve us. Please wear a mask for everyone's safety, even if you are fully vaccinated. The $9 9-piece Dark Meat Bucket special is the main reason why I keep coming back to this location. While the High Point Rd location doesn't offer this deal, the Randleman Rd location, thanks to Chuck and the other great managers and staff, is the best. Although I had one bad experience in the past when they ran out of chicken and gave me burnt chicken after a 20-minute wait, it hasn't ruined the great dine-in experiences I've had at the Randleman Rd location. Please keep the 9-piece dark special for $9 going non-stop, as I will continue to be a loyal customer as long as that deal is available. Staff rating: 8.

Most Kfcs have their share of problems these days but Location is key

Check your order to sure all is there. Little things like your cookie and cold slaw not mash potatoes. Food is Awesomely Good, fresh and hot. You will enjoy!!!
