Gate City Sports Grille - Greensboro

They were here twice and both males eating was quite good, but the service was only moderate. they were not busy at both visits, in which did the dining room section was completely empty. I ate here because of the comfort to the hotel and they can get a decent meal at a decent price.

Out of draft beer that I like service was ok at best kind of a iffy crowd for the food we got we would have been better off going to hooters across the street there are much better restaurants in this area

Food was really good but the service sucks and they switch to apps only at 9 without any warning which is disappointing.

Horrible Service! My husband and I took our family of 9 out to dinner here and had the worst service! After drinks and appetizers we waited almost 2 hour 's for our food after putting the order in! My husband finally found the waitress and asked what happened to our food, she responded let me check ' . The waitress comes back and states the order wasn 't back there and she would have to take our orders again . If it were not so late in the evening and my husband and I didn 't have guest 's we would have certainly walked out after the first hour. Trying to salvage the evening my husband asked for a manager who came to the table and took our dinner order a second time. By then it was over 3 hour 's from start to finish!

Such a bad experience. They had ONE waitress running around all by herself, INCLUDING running food up to rooms in the hotel for room service. It's not her fault, but wow. Absolutely awful service and very mediocre food. Will not be returning and would never reccomend. We also found a sticker of an apple attached to our food?? Very bizarre and negligent. I would give zero stars if I could.
