Firehouse Subs Gate City Blvd.

It was my second time getting the Italian sub. I love how the ham is sweet but every time I get a sub my bread is soggy!! I eat my sandwich immediately when I get home so it’s not sitting for a long time. I don’t understand how they are making the bread soggy…

This is my favorite Italian restaurant ever! The drive from Greensboro to Burlington is nothing. It's that good to go that far! The waitstaff is superb...the food my God is heavenly! The atmosphere is so delightful! I'd give this place 100 stars if I could. It's quaint, cozy, and romantic. Great for a date. Great for dinner with friends and certainly perfect for family gatherings! Love it, love it, love it!!!!!!!

Stopped by to get the same sandwich I always order, placed order, paid and waited twenty minutes while the sandwich maker complained about his job only to discover after asking about the wait that he had not even started the sandwich. Terrible customer service. Never again.

This place just like any other place, need to listen when someone tells you no mayo. My husband stopped there for his lunch break today and he told me, and he tells every other place he goes to, multiple times, NO MAYO. He always has an allergic reaction to mayo, and he did today bc guess what, they put freaking mayo on his sub. Listen to people when they say no of something. It's for a reason.

Some of the nicest firehouse workers I've ever encountered. The food was good and they were very accommodating. I appreciate the good wide selection of Coca-Cola freestyle products as well as tea. I would definitely recommend this Firehouse subs.
