Chick-fil-a - Greensboro

This place is terrible. first no one took my order in the drive thru so I needed a mobile order. I waited for 40 minutes. then they said to park my car, where I was waiting for 15 minutes, and no one helped me that they were all staring. then I finally see that they take my job to my car and pay it for. 0 of 10, and they had many workers standing around and doing nothing.

The service and food are good, but you need to get in and out quickly, it can be longer in drive-thru.

Workers are nice. Given the time of the day I was there (absess) I got my order quickly. I used the app to order and cannot speak for other ordering methods in this place.

Customer service is always wonderful. That with good food was also an even bigger plus.

I gives this Chic Fil A a 3 because it?s food is always fried in old grease its like they never change their grease now I love me some chicken fil A because I like enjoying my food that I pay for but this particular chic Gil a is making me not want to go to any of them now when I go to the one in the milk the food is always fresh and custom service is on point step your game up Koury Blvd and change that grease please please I want to just post a pic if the fries and nuggets
