Bruegger's Bagels - Greensboro

Super rude woman with an aggressive tone working there this morning, not sure what she thinks customer service means but to the rest of the world it generally means not snapping at your customer for no reason. The other woman was very kind, thus the second star. Won’t be returning to this location.

Filthy,rude,uninviting, disappointing. It's nothing but a shell of how it used to be.

The bagels are definitely INSANE! I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon. Very fresh and delicious. The young man who took my order did not present as friendly, did not smile and was clearly there to just work. He simply took my order, made it and handed it off. The cashier was sweet and friendly enough for both of them! Great bagels, but not anxious to rush back to start my day like that, again.

Don’t Doordash from here, they treat your food any type of way. I ordered cream cheese a cookie with 3 bagels. Not only did I didn’t receive my cookie, my bagels are dry, no cream cheese bro. Worst experience ever. Lost a customer

I am a doordash representative and am clearly put to the back of the line every single time I go in to get an order. Just had a discussion with the manager and she chose not to give me the corporate number which I will get. They dealt with me in an inappropriate way and I will be getting in touch with their corporate office to discuss this issue.
