Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits

I've had Bojangles plenty of times before, but the Cajun fillet biscuit with bacon cheese I got here on the morning of 4/29/22 was made to perfection, and the fries were as good as they've ever been. Kudos to the crew.

Like the app. Very long wait in the drive thru. Disappointed there no parking spots designated for online orders. Food was delicious as expected.

I ordered a chicken club sandwich and was disappointed to find that the chicken was dry and hard on the bottom. The fries were also hard and only half-filled, so much so that even my dog wouldn't eat them. My boyfriend got a 3 wing dinner and it was only semi-warm and dry as well. It's unacceptable to sell food of this quality to customers. Even the sweet tea was sour. I will never be returning to this particular Bojangles location on Battleground. I suggest going to another location instead.

I waited for fresh chicken but they forgot about our order. We had to go to the counter to inquire about our food, but the cashier was on break. The tables were all dirty and when I asked the manager to have them wiped down, she just gave me a wipe to do it myself. When I asked the two female managers what was going on, they seemed confused and unaware. After waiting from 12:00 to 12:43, I just wanted my food. Bojangles is not what it used to be!
