Bidrage med feedbackDo not misunderstand me, the line moves slowly, but with which is said, every time I came through this arbys my food is fresh, and the personal is friendly, and that means much more for me than in 2 minutes with old eating / a wrong order or an rude cash. these children probably earn much more praise than they actually get
They can no longer drive through employees. I waited on the order screen for 3-4 minutes, no communication and empty order creen. pulled forward to order, and the coworker said that they can't take my order with someone in his window and I have to drive back.
Overall was a good experience of the service was slow this day, but eating was excellent.
The guy behind the counter accused me of a drink I told him I didn't want to and told me it was cheaper than this is bs. I told him I didn't want it and didn't know he was asking me for it until I ran my card. the food was cold and they gave me no quitting. I will not go back.
The website says Arby’s opens at 10 it is now 10:09.I’m outside with the employees inside looking at me like they’re wondering what I’m waiting for.10 minutes later they finally come out and say that they don’t open the dining room till 11.Out of all the places I’ve been to Arby’s is the only one that changes their plans on how they operate without having a sign outside letting customers know what’s going on.I mean especially when someone is Hangry , is it really that hard to put a sign out when the customer is coming in can see it?The One thing that stop me from giving it a one or two star is that the employee came out polite and with a smile apologizing for them not having any type of notice upfront.
