Carvel - Greenlawn

The restaurant claims to be open until 10:30, but when I arrived at 7:30 in the evening, it was closed. They need to update their hours.

I arrived at 9pm on National Ice Cream Day, expecting the restaurant to be open until 10:30pm as listed. However, the business was closed with the lights off. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I may have been fortunate, but others have not been as satisfied at this restaurant. Personally, my experiences with their ice cream cones, milkshakes, and sundaes have been positive. However, it has been some time since my last visit, so I plan to return soon to see if my good luck continues.

Stale ice cream cake( no expiration date indicated). Box with numerous tape on it... wondering why... but I still took a chance.the taste of the ice cream was bad, like old Ice cream in a freezer. Will never go back there again. I called to complain.... all the person in charge could say was ?ok, ok, ok?.... not even feeling sorry.

They ripped me off on two small Sunday's they wouldn't give me two for one and the girl charged me $18 for like $0.10 worth of ice cream never again. This was on a Wednesday too forget about two for one. Okay so I went back I'm an idiot they have cone's that are $0. 99 anyway with ice cream in them they are 7.99. so me and the kids size thing over 10 bucks I'm done with Carvel the one by me does not do this false advertising. if you love ice cream don't come here unless
