Bidrage med feedbackWORST SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED. I love their plant based menu, I used to order weekly. But they keep saying my order is in for pick up and when I go to pick it up, it’s not there. And then I need to wait for another 45 minutes in the store and they do nothing about it!! I’ll never come here again. I have wasted 4 Saturday mornings waiting around for these people in India to mess up my order. NEVER wasting my afternoon on this mess. And then the guy working there at 11:30 on 5/11/24 has the nerve to get an attitude with me about my order not being ready when I show up to pay for it!
When I get toppers I always choose this location because they’re reliable and actually make the pizzas look like how they’re advertised. In my experience, everyone has always been friendly at this location and resolves order issues, if any.
Worst service ever promise to have the pizza here on time it came 30 minutes late. Don’t recommend nobody to go there or order anything from there the food got here cold
My order hasn't arrived, 50 minutes after the estimated time. The call center has tried to transfer my call 3 times and no one is answering. I'm trying to host a birthday party and the pizza isn't arriving.
Ordered a pizza at 8:37pm, called multiple times and got hung up on. It’s been 3 hours now for one pizza.
